That the sharing of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. —Philemon 6

There are good things in our lives because we are in Christ. Until we know and continuously affirm who we are in Him, we will live way below our potential. When we see ourselves as having great things in us, it influences what we do and makes the sharing of our faith effective.

Here are ten powerful affirmation you must make in Christ Jesus:

I am delivered from darkness, redeemed and forgiven. Colossians 1:13-14 says He has brought us into the light.

I am free from sin and death. Romans 8:2 says, “the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”

I have a right standing with God. 2 Corinthians 5:21 says, we have “become the righteousness of God in Him.”

I stand justified before God. To be justified is to be shown to be right. Romans 5:1 confirms we are justified in Christ.

I am accepted and loved by God. Ephesians 1:6. “to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.”

Nothing can separate me from God’s love. Romans 8:38-39 declares that no created thing can separate us from the love of God in Christ.

I am a saint, set apart for God’s purposes. 1 Corinthians 1:2 says we are sanctified in Christ and called to be saints.

I am a citizen of God’s commonwealth. Ephesians 2:13 says we once were far off but have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

I am blessed. Ephesians 1:3 says God has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

I am complete; nothing missing, nothing broken. Colossians 2:10 says you are complete in Him, the head of all principalities and power.

Prayer: Father, I declare that I walk in the fulness of who I am in Christ.
