an adverb, signifying "outside, without," is used in Act 26:11, RV, "foreign," for AV "strange," of cities beyond the limits of Palestine, lit., "unto (the) cities without," including Damascus. See FORTH, OUTWARD, STRANGE, WITHOUT.
