"to go upon" (epi, "upon," baino, "to go"), is once translated "we went aboard," Act 21:2, the single verb being short for "going aboard ship." In Act 21:6 it is rendered "we went on board;" in Act 27:2 "embarking;" in Mat 21:5, "riding upon." See COME, No. 16.
