"to terrify," is used in the Passive Voice, Luk 21:9, Luk 24:37.

"to frighten away" (ek, "out," phobos, "fear"), occurs in 2Co 10:9.

"to scare," Phi 1:28, see AFFRIGHTED, B, NO. 1.

"terrified," is so rendered in the RV of Act 24:25. See TREMBLE.
